Shipment processing time
The orders will be processed within 1 – 2 business days. Please note that no shipment will be made during weekends and or holidays.
However, the shipment for high volume orders (on season) may be delayed for a few days. Nevertheless, in case of delay, we will notify you through email or immediately contact you via phone call. Kindly give us additional days to fulfill our obligation.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
The total shipping charges for all your orders will be computed and shown upon checking out.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The shipment for PO boxes addresses can only be accepted/used Australia
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The customs duties and taxes that will be imposed during or after the shipment of the order is not the responsibility of BlackHawk Car Care. Hence, any fees (tariffs, etc) that will be applied shall be the customer’s obligation.
BlackHawk will not be liable for any damaged or lost products during shipment. If the order received is not in good condition or damage, you may contact the shipment carrier at once.
All packaging materials and damaged goods must be saved in order to file a claim.
